Thoughtfully crafted to elevate what matters most, with accuracy, consistency, speed and dependability. We strive to create the most operator friendly equipment and on-site training for your employees.
We work will work with your preferred brand of PLC Controller, such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens or Automation Direct. We have worked with ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa/Motoman, Boston Dynamics Robots and have recently used Standard Bot brand robots for an AI-powered manufacturing project.
We use only control components that hold up well in the harshest environments, sized right, to handle any electrical, or system pressures. We design and build machine systems with user safety, maintenance friendly forms and tooling versatility in mind. We want you to get the most out of your new designs. So we research and collaborate closely with your maintenance, engineering and operations professionals, as well as investigate all the possibilities of new tech and old available on the market today to find the best solution for any given operation or function of your machine. When we bid or bring you a design, we a 100% certain that everyone will agree that it is a well built system, that will stand the test of time, and that it is perfect for your needs.
Big Ideas, with Real World Impact. Retrofit or Upgrade Solutions for outdated, inefficient systems are also available.
Before
Many electrical systems built just 10 years ago are becoming outdated, obsolete and no longer supported by their manufacturers. Replacement parts for older equipment are not easily found in most cases. Even standard equipment, such as relays and electrical contactors are becoming unobtainable, nor are they as efficient as those being manufactured today. To upgrade an existing control system is a costly undertaking, yet can you afford to keep fighting these system failures monthly or even weekly and maintain your predicted production needs?
Resilient Controls and Automation, understands your dilemma. We offer several control packages for each appraisal using the most cost-effective and reliable parts available on the market today. We are certified Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation Technicians. But we can offer alternative solutions such as Direct Logic PLC controllers from Automation Direct, which can be programmed to operate many older systems with a more affordable price tag.
One of our Founders, Harrell Heath Harvin, who is shown in the picture to the left, has 20 years of experience with new and legacy equipment. He was on the team that upgraded this old steel press and manipulator in 2022. This was rebuilt using Studio 5000, 4 - Panelview HMI screens in an operators control booth with multiple joystick/foot pedal controls for the manipulator, 16 - OilGear D Hydraulic Pumps and numerous PID control valves and sensors were replaced with more resilient components that are readily available on the market.
We are driven by sustainability and build with purpose to bring life back to your outdated systems, to put you back on top of your production goals. This is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.

Technical and Advisory Services
To troubleshoot, diagnose and repair your existing equipment problem, we provide a regional service technician that can be on location as soon as one becomes available. This region is determined by anything within 2 hrs. of Searcy, Arkansas.
There will be a minimum of a 4 hr. service charge for all on-site visits, whether the machine is repaired sooner than 4 hrs. or not.
We bill $125.00 per hr. for anything beyond 4 hrs. for all service calls with or without a resolution to equipment problem.
Any repair components or parts used will be billed directly to the customer, at time of service.
We must also have a 4 hr. notification of the pre-determined arrival time, if our services are no longer needed to avoid this 4 hr. service charge. This service is currently available to all customers within the Searcy region.
We provide technical troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair services to customers beyond our Searcy, Ar. region as well.
Any site beyond 2 hr. drivetime of Searcy, Ar. up to 4 hr. drivetime will be an hourly charge of $200 with a minimum of 4 hrs. billed immediately, plus $1200 for added expenses related to fuel, vehicle maintenance and auto insurance.
If Technician is on-site for more than 4 hrs 15 minutes, you will be charged an additional $200 per hour that our technician is on site. To be billed within 7 to 10 business days and payable upon receipt. Must comply with Terms of Service agreement.
Any site beyond 4 hrs. of Searcy, Ar. overnight travel rates apply.
Please schedule an appointment to plan an arrival time.
This is a service we provide to perform an in-depth mechanical and electrical assessment of older machines and equipment to establish it’s long-term viability.
We will determine what the minimal system components that will be necessary to get a machine running as efficiently as it can, as-is, with no guarantees.
We can assess the machine entirely for the purposes of electrical controls upgrade, at this time. Any new addition to an older machine system would require this evaluation first.
Once this evaluation is complete, Resilient Controls and Automation will provide an official quote for a electrical controls upgrade only, 7 to 10 business days following site visit.
Alternate designs, or integrations of new equipment would require Research and Development time before presenting you with a detailed quote for overall contract cost. We ask for some additional time for this process.
Refer to Terms of Service Agreement for prices and availability.

Committed to Measurable Impact
Our practice integrates rigorous analysis with industry expertise to deliver comprehensive strategies tailored to each client's operational realities. We at Resilient Controls and Automation have served in many different Industries as Industrial Controls Specialists, Machine Technicians and Industrial Engineers.
These industries include: Food and Beverage processing facilities, Chemical processing plants, Batch processing systems, Automated Warehousing and Distribution systems (ASRS), AI and Vision Sortation equipment, Petroleum and Natural Gas Production facilities, Pumping Facilities, Compression systems, Pressure Monitoring and Control Networks, Large Hydraulic systems, Hydraulic Presses, Extrusion Press systems, Air over Hydraulic Intensifiers, CNC Machining, Packaging/Filling systems, Wrapping/Banding/Gluing equipment, Case Packing and Pelletizing Systems.
Our history is in the ground work of all these manufacturing facilities. We not only assisted with the installation and commissioning of some of these systems, but worked closely with all the engineers and operators to improve those systems and make them safe to use. We have always been the hands-on technicians and engineers that create these processes from scratch, built the mechanical structures, installed the electronic controls wiring, programmed the PLC processors/HMI stations, and performed any relative troubleshooting of these system components. We can be your go to source to diagnose and repair any mechanical, electrical, robotic, hydraulic, pneumatic or process system failure.
We have committed engineers and technicians available to assist your company with any industrial machine system integration or modification. We can be called upon to evaluate older legacy systems and recommend upgrades using several affordable solutions. We are directly affiliated with Rockwell Automation, but can also use less costly methods to program old systems as well. We are working now to get certified by multiple robot manufacturers to show our solidarity in our knowledge of robotics and robot programming.
Although, we are a relatively new Industrial Machine Building Company, we have some of the best project coordinators, designers, engineers and installers in the business. We strive to become a leading engineering firm in this arena for all industries in the United States.
